These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.safirum.com (the "Website") operated by Safirum AG ("Safirum", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. The issuance, holding, transfer and redemption of CHF-S tokens, and any other services offered by Safirum to qualified counterparties, are governed by separate contractual documentation and are not subject to these Terms.

Safirum AG is a Swiss public limited company (Aktiengesellschaft) with its registered office in Risch, Canton of Zug, registered with the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zug under UID CHE-131.711.876.

Safirum AG is a financial intermediary within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA) and a member of the Financial Services Standards Association (VQF), a self-regulatory organisation recognised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (membership number 101343, member since 28 April 2026).

Safirum AG does not hold a licence from FINMA as a bank or as a financial institution.

The Website provides general information about Safirum and the CHF-S stablecoin project. You may access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial information purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair it;
• use any automated means (including robots, scrapers or similar) to access the Website without our prior written consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, related systems or networks;
• interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Website or any of its features;
• use the Website to transmit any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful or otherwise objectionable content;
• use the Website in violation of applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law.

The content of the Website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute:

• an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or an invitation to purchase, subscribe to, sell or otherwise transact in any financial instrument, security, token, currency or other product or service;

Where Safirum offers services in connection with CHF-S, such services are made available only to banks, state-supervised companies or institutional investors with professional treasury management, in accordance with Art. 5 para. 2 of the Swiss Banking Ordinance (BankV).

Such statements are based on assumptions and information available at the time of publication. Actual results, regulatory outcomes and market developments may differ materially. Safirum does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality or availability of third-party websites or content. Access to and use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms applicable to those websites.

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Safirum does not warrant that:

Mandatory liability under Swiss law (in particular for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury) remains unaffected.

Safirum may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Website after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the original provision.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Zug, Switzerland. Mandatory places of jurisdiction under applicable law remain unaffected.
